„Es war ein guter Aufenthalt.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Die Betten war gut. Der Zimmerservice auch.

Es gibt keine Getränke im Hotel zu kaufen, außer zum Frühstück. Eine minibar im Zimmer gab es auch nicht.

„Zimmer mit Balkon.

Zimmer mit Balkon. WLAN vorhanden, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption,, Badezimmer voll ausgestattet, 2 Metrostationen in der Nähe, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Für spanische Verhältnisse Hotel gut ausgestattet u. sauber.

Nur an der Rezeption wird englisch gesprochen. Kellner macht sich über Touristen lustig. Man sollte auf spanisch Getränke oder Essen bestellen können. Lift geht nicht runter zum Speisesaal. Hellhörige Zimmer. Die Flurgänge werden auch nachts geputzt. Im Hotel erst ab 1 Uhr Ruhe. Am Samstag Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr - für Tagesausflüge zu spät.

Nicht sauber, viel zu kleines Zimmer- man konnte sich kaum bewegen. Bei denFenster kam Luft rein (waren nicht dicht) ich hatte ab und zu kalt, keine Heizung zum aufdrehennvorhanden.

Located near the Centre and a few hundred meters from the metro (but the n the gente it’s pretty common)

The property is old, with low level services, the sage was not working, Internet was not working for the first two days. Not possible to have dinner or even a cup of tea at 5 pm because the bar is closed and the room service is off. If you need something better you speak Spanish because the they don’t quite get English not even if you speak very slow and clear. And if you need a sanitary bag, brace yourself because you might get a laundry bag after 10 minutes discussion with the reception. No tea or water available in the room. But you can drink from the tap they say.

Very disappointed with this Hotel.

Continental Breakfast middle of the road, The Bed was Comfortable.

This Hotel is more like a Hostel, Very Noisy, No Sound Proff and Wooden Floors to make it Worse which makes no sense and you can hear noise from other rooms I had to complain on two different occasions and the cleaners in the morning dragging furniture around to clean OMG Not good, a Hotel needs sound Proff or Carpets, also the fridge was empty and turned off, Not Good, i can't recommend this Hotel/ Hostel.

Another short visit to Madrid.

The location is perfect for my needs. The room, although small, is clean, comfortable and quiet; the bathroom has warm water at any time. Best of all are the staff members, real friends after so many trips to Madrid when I have slept at Hotel Trafalgar.

Breakfast could be improved, with more options for vegetarians.

Central, comfortable and easy to use! A great little urban hotel in the centre of Madrid.

The location couldn't be better, it's right in the centre of Madrid and near to everything. The room was on the small side, but everything was spotless, the bed very comfortable, the pillows wonderful, and the bathroom very well appointed with towels and toiletries and all in all I slept really well. Staff efficient and friendly.

* breakfast - usually hotel breakfast are one of the nicest things about staying in a hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend here. Barely any options, and not that nice ones. * noises - the central air con or something making a buzzing, almost pulsing noise that is particularly disturbing at night, when other things are quiet. So wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers. * Wasn’t super easy to communicate in English, if something was said/asked as the answer usually was in Spanish.

Staff went above and beyond, let us check I early, lend us an iron and cared for our bags for a couple of hours after check out. Plus they were always polite and friendly.

Keep in mind the elevator is small and depending on group size and luggage several trips might be needed.

Location , staff polite and helpful

I had to book late and there was an exhibition in Madrid which at short notice i had to attend. Even taking that into consideration, I was ripped off badly being charged Euro 570 for 2 nights. Never will I allow any hotel and Booking.com to do that to me again. Hotel in normal times i would rate at £80 per night not over £250!!! I will find alternatives to booking and its listed Hotels. My friends, family, and work colleagues will be notified.

Good value for the money

The hotel is near two metro stations. It is easy to travel all around Madrid. Quiet area but very interesting. Good restaurants nearby. Not so busy with tourists. It has still the charming of Spanish quarter.

Lovely stay in Madrid in a Perfect hotel

It was perfect. Comfortable room, airy, with a balcony, it had a small fridge. Air conditioning worked perfectly and no noissy at all. Neibourghood it is lovely, well located and close to metro and ua stations. You can walk and streets are lovely. Cleaness of the room it was 10/10. Facilities worked perfectly. We will repeat when going back to Madrid. Very friendly.

Breakfast is basic though cheap. But coffee is very good.

El buen olor y la limpieza de todo!

El buen olor y la limpieza de todo!! Es súper agradable llegar a un hotel y que huela tan a limpio. El personal muy educado y amable.

La única pega que le pongo, y es algo ajeno al hotel y al personal, es el ruido que los ocupantes de otras habitaciones hicieron. Una familia dejó la habitación sobre las 4 de la mañana y los ruidos fueron horribles. Y otra pareja se dedicó a cantar mientras recogían, todo esto sobre las 7 de la mañana.
